We do not sell directly to the following countries where local distributors are present: China, South Korea, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine.
If you wish to purchase from your local distributor, write to us at Customer Service and we will notify you of his name.
Shipping
The delivery time of your order is composed of the sum of the time needed to prepare it and the time required to transport it to your address and corresponds to 1/5 working days.
The preparation time is the time that Procosmet Italy takes to process your order, to package and ship it and corresponds to 1 working day:

Orders placed by 1pm from Monday to Friday are taken over, prepared for packaging and shipping, and collected by the courier on the same day;

Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 1pm, on holidays and on closing days, are shipped the next working day;

If you pay by bank transfer, the order is shipped only after the payment is credited to our bank account. Generally the crediting times for a bank transfer correspond to 2/3 working days for Italy and up to 5 working days for abroad.

Each order is packed in a closed box on which an anti-burglary label called "Guarantee Seal" is applied to protect your purchase.
The transport time is the time that the courier takes to transport the order to the address you indicated and corresponds to 1/2 working days from when the order was prepared, or withdrawn by the courier in the company:

In the 12 hours following the time of collection from the shipment at the company, you will receive an email from the courier containing a link to check the path of your package in which you will find the expected delivery date and time;

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

Shipping is free for all orders for an amount equal to or greater than € 59.00 for Italy and San Marino, € 240.00 for other member countries of the European Union and € 500.00 for the rest of the world.
For orders of lesser amount the cost is € 12.00 for Italy and San Marino and € 24.00 for the other member countries of the European Union and for the rest of the world.
For contractor customers, the conditions set out in the specific agreements apply.
It is not possible to book the delivery time with the courier. However, you can indicate in the "Special instructions for the seller" when you place your order the time at which you want the goods to be delivered and we will notify the courier.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an email indicating the time frame during which the shipment will be delivered to you.
The courier will inform you of the delivery attempt via:

E-mail;
-
Coupon issued by the haulier in the mailbox.
In these notices, the courier will indicate the time at which delivery was attempted, the shipment number (so-called waybill) and the indicative date / time of the new delivery, normally scheduled for the next working day.
If you wish to change the delivery, go to the site indicated in the courier's email and enter the tracking number in the space provided to request:

A new delivery, to the same address and on another day / hour;

A new delivery, to another address;
-
The collection of the goods at the branch (stationary deposit).
Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the branch, where possible, will contact you by telephone.
After 3 working days without having received information, stock will be opened.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason one or more products purchased through the site are not to your liking, you can avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal. To exercise this right, write to Customer Service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods indicating the order number.
In case of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Important: For hygienic and health protection reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened after delivery.

When you receive your order, we ask you to carefully check that the Guarantee Seal does not show signs of tampering and that the number of pieces delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Important: For hygienic and health protection reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened after delivery.
In all the cases indicated above, as soon as you encounter the problem, write to our Customer Service attaching:

The type of problem;

The lot number (the code shown on the package);

A photo that shows the problem.
Our Customer Service will contact you to agree on the replacement of the goods or the refund at your choice.
We will refund you the full price paid:

Including shipping costs where applied;
-
Within the term of 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal;

Using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you specifically request a different payment method from us.
For your part, you will have to send back the goods within 14 days from the moment you communicated the withdrawal.
You will not have to incur any costs as a result of the refund:

With the exception of the costs of returning the goods which will be borne by you in the event of withdrawal;

In the event of a lack of conformity, the return cost will also be borne by Procosmet Italy.
The reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, if the reimbursement occurs before the goods are received by the company.
